Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about returns, shipping, firearm and ammunition purchases, in-store pickup and more.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
The product must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA.
All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
Non-Returnable Items

- Firearms once transferred to receiving FFL
- Ammunition
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment

- Coffee
- Bows
- Arrows & Broadheads
- Safes & Vaults
- Game Calls
- Turtleboxes
- Waders can only be returned in absolute new & unused condition
We do not accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred to the receiving FFL.
If a firearm cannot be transferred from your FFL to you due to state regulations or a denied background check, a $50.00 restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs to and from the FFL are non-refundable.
A return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid UPS or USPS return label is issued by Springhill Outfitters.
This fee will be waived if the item is defective or if an error was made on our part. The fee is also waived on exchanges.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days.
Note: Firearm extended processing times could be due to receiving FFL communication.
By purchasing firearms, suppressors on this website you acknowledge that these items must be picked up in-store or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.
*Free shipping methods may not be available on select items such as firearms, ammo, fishing rods, fishing rod & reel combos, suppressors, oversized items like tree stands, and items shipped directly from the manufacturer, distributor or supplier.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations.
You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty.
ALL firearms being shipped to a different FFL dealer will have a $35.00 fee attached to the firearm price. No Exceptions.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
All ammunition will be shipped ground services.
*All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.
Used Firearms
All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale.
All sales on used items are final.
In Store Pickup
You have 3 months to pick up your order from the date the status of your order was updated.
If you fail to pick up your order or notify us of expected pickup time after the 3 month period you will only be eligible for store credit.
Website Disclaimer
Other items available for sale not listed on this website include discontinued parts or parts for firearms no longer produced.
All items on this website are subject to change without notice.
Online Price & Description Errors
We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free.
We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price.
If we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information.
The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider.
