Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 30 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
- Ammunition
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

- Game Calls
- Waders- Waders can only be returned in absolute new & unused condition and that will determined by Springhill Outfitters staff. Once waders have been used and/or worn outdoors they are no longer eligible for return. If waders have a defect and are covered under manufacturer warranty you can file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We can help you with the process but no monetary credit will be given from Springhill Outfitters.
NOTE: (A return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid UPS or USPS return label is issued by Springhill Outfitters. If it's defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived. The $9.99 fee is waived on exchanges.) Please read below for firearms.
Firearms: If you purchase a firearm but are unable to have the transfer completed because of your states guidelines or a denial of a background check a $50.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your firearm return and you will not be refunded the cost of shipping the firearm to and from the FFL. Please check your local and state regulations before purchasing.

*Free shipping methods may not be available on select items such as firearms, ammo, fishing rods, fishing rod & reel combos, suppressors, oversized items like tree stands, and items shipped directly from the manufacturer, distributor or supplier.
All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days. Note: Firearm extended processing times could be due to receiving FFL communication.
By purchasing firearms, suppressors on this website you acknowledge that these items must be picked up in-store or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer.

Used Firearms
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
ALL firearms being shipped to a different FFL dealer will have a $35.00 fee attached to the firearm price. No Exceptions.
Please read our FFL Transfer page for more information about shipping a firearm. Note: Your firearm will not be shipped until Springhill Outfitters has received a copy of the receiving dealers up to date FFL license.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground services. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
In Store Pickup
When choosing in store pickup as your service please wait to receive notification that your order is ready for pickup. Some items as stated in the description are drop shipped from our distributers and may not be available for pickup until the item is shipped to us. You have 3 months to pick up your order from the date the status of your order was updated. If you fail to pick up your order or notify us of expected pickup time after the 3 month period you will only be eligible for store credit.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Springhill Outfitters, LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
UPS Ground Services
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and a description of the UPS service Guarantee, see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
